Want to feel great, try this Green Juice

  I feel great, my skin has a glow, and my mood is the best has been for a long while, want to feel great, try this Green Juice.   The past three weeks, I have been consistently having green juices, and I have seen my overall health improved.  My favourite way of getting nutrients in my body is with homemade juices and smoothies for starters you save money, they are quick and easy to make, and you can make enough to last for a few days.   Portion: his recipe makes 1.5L of green juice Ingredients:
  • 2 apples; roughly chopped
  • (I prefer red because it makes the juice sweeter and easier for my kids to drink)
    • ¼ of a cucumber, roughly chopped
    • 3 pieces of celery, roughly chopped
    • 1 handful of parsley
    • 2 handfuls of spinach
Method using a blender:
  1. Wash all ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender
  3. Add 1.5L of water (depending on the capacity of your blender)
  4. Ready to drink and store
  5. Optional: if you don’t like bits use a strainer to sift the bits, just remember the bits are good for you.

Extra information: Apples and spinach are great for cleansing the liver. Parsley is a great anti-inflammatory, and rich in vitamins A, C and K. Celery has antioxidants and vitamin C

Cucumbers are high in water and good aiding weight loss.
