Home workout #1
Lockdown tough me why I don’t need a gym to work out, home workouts are just as powerful for weight loss and improving fitness levels. I will be honest, I prefer the gym, but as a busy mum of two often the gym is not an option for me. I have also found it easier to try new things in my home workouts; coming out of my comfort zone is easier at home, the gym can be overwhelming when starting out.
In the coming weeks I will be sharing the home workouts that so far helped me lose 17kg. Tony and I have put together a variety of workouts from body weight, resistance, short workouts, longer workouts, to help me achieve my goals, stay tuned!
I am kicking off my home workout series with my favourite full body home workout (click to download) as it has a gym feeling whilst still taking place at home, and when short of time just change it to a HIIT workout, most importantly you can see the progress you are making from week to week.
