I’m Julie, a mummy of two.  I gave birth to my youngest child in September 2019, having gained a lot of weight, I am finally on the road to regaining my fitness levels. I am passionate about being the best and the healthiest version of me, for myself and my children.  I believe that health is not measured by scales or sizes.  Join me in my journey and become the best version of yourself too.
